An injector by craft. An educator by calling.
Miranda “Mimi” Webb is a dual-degree Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector serving the Charlottesville area. Known online as Injector Mimi, she practices and teaches at the intersection of medicine and craft — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO and PLLA threads, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and the broader architecture of a restrained, patient-led aesthetic practice.
She built her reputation quietly, one patient at a time, and teaches the same way — slowly, clinically, without the theatre. The work sits in the space between medicine and craft: anatomy as a foundation, consent as a discipline, restraint as a signature.
Over the past four years she has taught thousands of injectors through her Patreon, private cohorts, and intimate in-studio workshops. This site is where all of it lives now — a single atelier for her masterclasses, writing, and the templates she wishes someone had given her in year one.
“Undertreat. Review. Add. Never the other way around.”
01
Anatomy, first.
Every injection is a decision. Every decision begins with the vessel under the skin.
02
Restraint is a signature.
The work the patient cannot name is the work they keep coming back for. Undertreat. Review. Add.
03
The patient is the practice.
Consent, documentation, and follow-through are the architecture of a career that lasts.
