These are the terms that govern your use of the Injector Mimi Atelier site, masterclasses, and digital shop. By buying a course, downloading a product, or enrolling in a cohort, you agree to them.
The education, plainly
Injector Mimi is an editorial education brand. Miranda “Mimi” Webb is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector. Our courses are designed for licensed medical professionals and advanced medical students. They complement — they do not replace — your local licensure, scope of practice, or supervising physician relationship.
Nothing on this site constitutes individual medical advice. You are responsible for the clinical decisions you make in your practice.
What you get
When you purchase a masterclass, you receive lifetime access to the video library and all updates. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own practice. Sharing files, credentials, or seat access is a violation of these terms and grounds for revocation without refund.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax and VAT are added at checkout where required. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount at the time of purchase.
Refund policy
Masterclasses: fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked — provided you have completed less than 25% of the course. Digital products (PDFs, templates, workbooks): because delivery is immediate and the file is yours to keep, sales are final. If a file is defective, we will replace it; if that fails, we refund.
Cohorts and waitlists
Cohort seats are allotted on a first-paid basis. If a cohort is cancelled, you may roll your seat to the next cohort or take a full refund. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a seat; you are notified by email when one opens and you have 48 hours to claim.
Acceptable use
Do not republish, redistribute, or resell our content. Do not screen- record lesson videos for distribution. Do not use the community spaces to solicit, recruit, or promote competing courses. Violators lose access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Injector Mimi Atelier is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and via email to active customers. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
