Dermal Filler Artistry

Midface, lips, chin, jaw — in proportion.

The difference between a filler injector and a filler artist is sequence, proportion, and restraint. Twelve hours on the full face — midface first, lips last, jaw when it earns its place.

What you will learn
  • Build a full-face treatment plan over 3–5 sessions.
  • Master midface, chin, and jawline filler — not just lips.
  • Read rheology and pick the right product for each indication.
  • Place filler with cannula and needle, safely and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and manage the common complications — bruising, lumps, vascular events.

Midface first. Lips last. Jaw when it earns its place. The order is the method.

— Miranda
What to expect
  • 01Two cadaver dissection reviews, recorded — vascular supply, ligaments, fat pads, in full.
  • 02A treatment-planning PDF that maps every patient into a 3–5 session arc.
  • 03Two live 90-minute case review sessions per month for three months.
  • 04The complications protocol pack (vascular event, nodule, biofilm, Tyndall) in printable format.
  • 05Access to the alumni channel with monthly case threads, post-cohort.

For

  • Filler injectors with at least one year of lip and midface experience.
  • Clinicians who have felt the limits of treating one region in isolation.
  • Injectors ready to photograph, document, and plan — not just inject.

Not for

  • Anyone hoping to skip to non-surgical rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is a separate, prerequisited course.
  • Injectors looking for a one-syringe script. This is about sequence and restraint.

Questions

Do I need prior filler experience?

+

Yes — at minimum a year of lip and midface work. If you are newer, start with The Foundations.

Is cadaver footage actually included?

+

Two full dissection reviews, recorded by Miranda in a teaching lab, focused on the regions you treat.

Is there a live component?

+

Twice-monthly case reviews for the first three months. Bring a live case, get direct feedback.

Does this qualify me to perform non-surgical rhinoplasty?

+

No. Rhinoplasty has its own course with strict prerequisites. This course prepares you to take it.
