Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

The liquid nose — safely.

Six hours on the procedure that ends careers when it goes wrong. Vascular anatomy, cannula technique, patient selection, and the exact sequence Miranda has used on hundreds of noses without a single vascular event.

What you will learn
  • Map the vascular supply of the nose from memory.
  • Screen patients — who you inject, who you refer to a surgeon.
  • Place product with cannula, blunt, retrograde, slow.
  • Recognize the first ten seconds of a vascular event — and act.
  • Photograph, document, and follow up on every liquid nose you do.

The nose is where careers end. Respect it, prepare for it, or refer it out.

— Miranda
What to expect
  • 01A locked-down, prerequisite-gated cohort. Twelve injectors, maximum. Vetted intake.
  • 02Focused vascular anatomy dissection footage — the dorsal nasal, columellar, and lateral nasal arteries, in detail.
  • 03A hyaluronidase dosing and emergency protocol you can print, laminate, and hang.
  • 04Two live clinical rehearsal calls — walk through the ten-second emergency window, together.
  • 05Miranda available by email for the first sixty days after enrollment.

For

  • Injectors with a documented track record of safe, planned midface and lip filler work.
  • Clinicians who have completed Dermal Filler Artistry or equivalent advanced training.
  • Practitioners willing to document and photograph every liquid nose they do, going forward.

Not for

  • Any injector without advanced filler experience. This is not an entry point.
  • Anyone who would rather memorize a technique than memorize the vascular map.

Questions

Is there an application?

+

Yes. Enrollment is gated by an intake form and a brief phone conversation with Miranda. Cohorts are capped at twelve.

What counts as the prerequisite?

+

Dermal Filler Artistry or two years of documented midface and lip filler practice. We verify.

What happens in the live calls?

+

We rehearse vascular event response as a group. You narrate your protocol out loud; we refine it. Boring until it isn't.

Refund policy?

+

Fourteen days or before the first live call, whichever is first. After that, no refunds — the intake process is the filter.
